Don’t think that you have to tackle everything all at once. The Personal Development Course is designed to be used over a period of time and is broken up into progressive steps that you take at your own pace.
It takes twenty-one consecutive days to learn something new and, depending how entrenched your old habits are, longer to create a new habit. But with each step, you will feel a little better.
A Certificate for this course is available on request. If you wish to receive a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Certificate from the International College for Personal and Professional Development (ICPPD) for your portfolio, it is available on completion of the course.
