Personal Development Course:
Coming Home to Self
Could this online personal development course benefit YOU? Take this quiz and find out!
- Do you feel overwhelmed by responsibilities and stressed-out too much of the time?
- Do you feel misunderstood in your relationships?
- Do you have a hard time connecting with others?
- Do you find it difficult to say you are worthy of love and healthy relationships?
- Do you often say or do things you know you shouldn’t, only to regret it later?
- Do you feel trapped in a negative cycle, repeating the same mistakes over and over again?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this personal development course may help you bring your life into balance.
Life at present may seem like a never-ending rollercoaster leaving you feeling frustrated, anxious, depressed, and unfulfilled, but you can bring your life into balance by learning more about:
- Stress and how to avoid becoming overwhelmed
- Why your emotions matter to you and to others
- How you can become calm, energised, focused and more aware of yourself and others
- Self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence and your true reality and uniqueness
- Communication skills
- Assertive behaviour, taking responsibility and valuing self and others
A key word here is “learning.” Like anything worthwhile, achieving balance takes practice, but you’ll also start feeling improvements right away. Our brains have the ability to change and evolve, at any age. So, no matter how long you’ve felt stressed, overwhelmed or out-of-sync with yourself, other people, or your life, today you can take the first step to a healthier, happier you.
Here’s what you can expect during this course:
- You will receive a total of 6 emails delivered each week. Each will contain teaching and suggested practices, a link to video and/or audio messages, and a link to a YouTube video or other media for learning.
- Nourishing and promoting the above, you will receive suggested reflections/practices which are designed to support your personal development. They include journaling/drawing about your own journey during this e-course. You will also be encouraged to do “Practical Task” exercises.
- You are invited and supported to cultivate a personal relationship and intimacy with yourself during this course, so having time to reflect and do the suggested exercises/ drawing/reading/ reflections etc. is important.
- All are meant to enhance your participation and experience on the course, and to ultimately connect you to your inner self and the wisdom within.
The course includes articles, videos, worksheets and meditation. The combination of reading, watching, listening, and doing is much more powerful than simply reading alone.
Don’t think that you have to tackle everything all at once. The Personal Development Course is designed to be used over a period of time and is broken up into progressive steps that you take at your own pace.
It takes twenty-one consecutive days to learn something new and, depending how entrenched your old habits are, longer to create a new habit. But with each step, you will feel a little better.
When an applicant accepts a place on an ICPPD programme, any fees paid become subject to ICPPD’s Financial Terms & Conditions, which are outlined in the ICPPD’s Quality Assurance policies.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

“ICPPD didn’t just give me a career; it changed how I see myself and the world.”

“Thank you so much for creating such a precious place where we are not seen as students rather as all being learners coming to know ourselves through such a powerful prism of wisdom and learning modelled by you and all the amazing members who co create such sacred space.”

“I have to say that the personal development course Coming Home to Self did wonders for me. It challenged my old ways of thinking and has made me self-aware to what I want. It also taught me to be happy as I am and what I believe in. It made me realise that decisions I make are important and getting on with people which will lead to making new and better friends and that everything falls into place when you look after yourself emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. I’m happy to not aim for perfection and to be comfortable with myself and others. I found the YouTube clips great help about owning your behaviours, identifying behaviours and also the importance of what you say and your reaction to people so that you can reach an understanding and a harmonious outcome to situations. It was a great journey and will be a valuable source to look back on.”
